Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, with a jacuzzi in addition to the shower, and had a beautiful view of the Opera. The service, particularly from Alexandra and the charming blonde boy at the concierge, was exceptional. The location was excellent, right across from the Opera House, and the dining experience was top-notch with a huge choice of delicious options. However, the view from some rooms was not ideal due to a church wall blocking light. Overall, a wonderful experience in the heart of Breslau.
The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms with generous ensuite facilities, including a large jacuzzi bath; however, the view from the rooms overlooks the church's brick walls, limiting privacy and natural light. The location is convenient, within walking distance to major attractions in the town center. The dining experience offers good quality but limited breakfast options. Overall, a lovely old building in a prime location with a cozy ambiance.
I had a great time at the hotel! The rooms were huge with an amazing bathroom, and the rooftop bar was very cool. The service was top-notch, and the location was fantastic, just a short walk from the bustling town square. However, the dining was a bit pricey, and the breakfast was quite busy. Overall, a wonderful stay!
The hotel offers rooms with very high ceilings, good lighting, and big arched windows overlooking the main shopping street of Wroclaw, a city rich in history and beauty. However, room service was a bit slow, and there were some issues with the shower leaking. The bare concrete above the bed gave a slightly unfinished look.
The hotel is perfectly situated, just across the way from the market square, and right across the street from the opera house. The rooms are very spacious with beautiful designs, featuring bathtubs, but some noise from the rooftop restaurant can be disruptive. The service encountered some issues, including room access without guest acceptance and occasional condescending behavior, not meeting 5-star standards. The location is unbeatable, only a few minutes from the old town center, making it highly convenient. Dining options are good, but exploring nearby restaurants may offer even better choices.
The hotel rooms were large and very modern, great for relaxation, and stylish, although the bed placement near the entrance was a minor inconvenience. The service was lovely, accommodating, and attentive to our needs. The location was amazing, modern, and perfect for exploring the city's attractions. The dining options were nice with a variety of choices. Overall, a stylish and comfortable stay with some minor room design quirks.
